First of all, I am so happy that you became aware of me and my work and found your way to this site. I am Claudia, wedding and family photographer and live together with my partner Simon in the beautiful city of Winterthur in Switzerland. I’ve been working as a professional wedding and family photographer for three years now and also own a small daylight photography studio in the heart of Schaffhausen since December 2022. I have always been very creative as a child and loved to paint and craft. In my youth, I then for the first time engaged in photography and also image editing in Photoshop. After my studies in a business field and the start of my professional career my creative vein moved somewhat into the background. I have found by several small coincidences three years ago back to photography and can not imagine my life without it since then. I love all the little beautiful things and moments in life and to capture them with my camera is something very special for me every time again.

Cake, please!
If I have the choice between sweet and salty, then I definitely choose the sweet. Whether it’s cakes, cupcakes, cookies…please bring it on! I also love to bake and try my hand at new creations. A cozy Sunday afternoon without cake? Never.
Ice, ice baby
Last summer I discovered iced coffee for myself and since then it has become a real addiction. Coffee, milk, a shot of caramel syrup and a few ice cubes…this is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up for me.
Feels like home
Next to photography, interior design is one of my biggest passions. I love to read design books or browse through interior design blogs and get inspired. There is no room in our apartment that is not regularly redesigned and redecorated. I’m particularly fond of the Scandinavian style.
The island life
I can’t even list how many times I’ve been to Mallorca…The island just feels like home to me and I feel happy and free there. Also for photography the beautiful warm light and the many dreamlike hidden places are a true paradise.
La vie en rose
On a free Saturday, you can often find me at my favorite flower stand at the market. Fresh flowers, in my opinion, always bring a bit of happiness to the home and are simply indispensable to me. My favorite flowers include roses, dahlias and autumn anemones.
SJP
I’ve been a huge fan of Sarah Jessica Parker since I was a teenager and have seen the seasons of Sex and the City several times. The fact that I got to see SJP on Broadway in New York in May 2022 is something I still can’t believe.
Give me all these couture vibes
Fashion in general and especially haute couture exerts an incredible fascination on me and inspires me again and again in photography. So on a Paris city trip, a visit to the Dior museum is essential and I could examine the beautiful creations for hours.
It‘s christmas in my heart
I LOVE Christmas more than anything and look forward to it all year round. The smell of cinnamon and pine, the many fairy lights, coziness, Christmas market visits…and not to forget: the world’s best Christmas cookies from my dear friend Franzi.
